The service

ΛXIØM Lens Console (“we”) provides a governance layer in front of LLM APIs. You (“the customer”) sign up, receive API keys, and send requests to the ΛXIØM Kernel, which forwards them to upstream providers under structural governance and returns governed responses.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ΛXIØM Lens Console to generate content that violates upstream provider policies (Anthropic, OpenRouter, HuggingFace) or applicable law. You are responsible for the content of prompts you send and the downstream use of responses you receive.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Quota is metered per API key; usage rolls over at the start of each calendar month UTC. Overages (where allowed) are billed at the rate disclosed at signup. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.

No warranty

ΛXIØM Lens Console is provided as-is. We do not warrant that governed responses will be free of errors, that upstream providers will be available, or that the service will be uninterrupted. You assume the risk of deploying governed output in your own application.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you to ΛXIØM Lens Console in the twelve months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version at this URL and notifying you by email. Continued use of ΛXIØM Lens Console after notice constitutes acceptance.
